This comfortable house is located within the Playacar phase 1 gated community. This is the best area of the city. The gated community is close to the center and the main 5th avenue starting with a shopping center as well as the incredible beach; the house is 1 block from the beach. The houses are surrounded by green tropical foliage and some original Mayan ruins can be seen along its main street. Playacar also has 24/7 security, which also makes it the safest area.
